ENHANCING YOUR SPACE
MAISON PIVIN supports residential projects, from the first sketch to the final finishing touch. Each assignment is defined to measure, according to the nature of the space, the needs of its occupants, and the desired level of support.

Interior Design
MAISON PIVIN imagines and designs renovation projects as a whole, guided by a strong and coherent creative vision. We create elegant, warm and deeply personal interiors.
The mission includes
01 - analysis of the space and of requirements
02 - design and layout of the spaces
03 - definition of the aesthetic direction
04 - development of plans and project visualisations
05 - selection of materials, finishes, colours and lighting
06 - integration of technical constraints
07 - design of bespoke layouts and elements
Every project is considered down to the smallest detail to reveal the full potential of the space and create an interior that reflects its inhabitants.
Construction Management
MAISON PIVIN oversees the entire renovation process, from design to completion, in order to free clients from the inherent complexity of building works and to protect their time. Acting as the single point of contact throughout the project, the company coordinates all stakeholders and ensures the faithful implementation of the project developed together with the client.
Depending on the scope of the assignment, the service may include :
01 – administrative procedures with the authorities and the condominium association
02 – selection of trades
03 – preparation of tender documents for contractors
04 – analysis and comparison of bids
05 – preparation and monitoring of the budget
06 – scheduling of works
07 – coordination of the various trades
08 – site visits and monitoring of work progress
09 – management of adjustments and unforeseen events
10 – inspection of finishes
This approach ensures a clear overview of the decisions to be made, the budget and the progress of the works, while the overall coordination and continuity of the project are carefully managed.

Decoration
Decoration reveals the atmosphere of a place and gives it its identity. It can naturally extend a renovation project or, on its own, transform an interior without major work. A harmonious and personal whole is composed, designed down to the smallest detail.
Depending on requirements, the service may include the selection and combination of :
01 - furniture and lighting
02 - colours, wallpapers and coverings
03 - curtains, rugs and other textiles
04 - artworks, objects and accessories
05 - plants and greenery
06 - custom-made furniture and elements
Property search & acquisition advisory
MAISON PIVIN provides support in the search and selection of a residential property to acquire in the canton of Vaud or in Crans-Montana.
Search criteria are taken into account, as well as each property’s renovation potential. Volumes, natural light, layout, possible configurations and any work to be considered are assessed in advance, enabling a clear understanding of the real potential of each property and an informed decision.
This service includes:
01 – property search and pre-selection
02 – organisation of and support during viewings
03 – analysis of the property’s renovation potential
04 – identification of the work to be considered
05 – an initial estimate of the budget required for renovation
06 – comparative analysis of the shortlisted properties
07 – tax advice related to the acquisition and planned works
08 – support throughout the acquisition process
The combined expertise in interior architecture and taxation makes it possible to approach the acquisition of a property to be renovated as a whole: its potential, the cost of its transformation and, where relevant, the tax implications of the operation. This provides a more comprehensive view of the project before any commitment is made.

Dual expertise serving every project
Passionate interior designer and qualified lawyer, Anna Pivin combines creative sensitivity with experience in managing complex processes.
Her ten years of practice in business law and taxation enable her to approach any renovation with method and precision, and to better understand quotes, contracts, the responsibilities of the various stakeholders, and administrative procedures. This experience is particularly useful for anticipating difficulties, asking the right questions, and securing the decisions required in a renovation.
It enables her to anticipate the project’s tax implications: distinguishing, from the design stage, between maintenance work that is deductible from income and value-enhancing work, which can be deducted as capital improvements upon a future sale.
