PROPERTY SELECTION & COMPLETE RENOVATION OF A 63m2 APARTMENT IN PULLY

Our involvement began with the search for the property, based on specific criteria: a location in Lausanne, Pully, Lutry or Paudex, a surface area of at least 50 m² and a minimum of two rooms. Once the property was selected, we designed the complete renovation and managed the renovation.

Located near the lake in Pully, this north-east-facing apartment had an interior that clearly reflected its era. The challenge of this renovation project was to bring light, softness and modernity to the entire apartment. A complete renovation gave it a contemporary aesthetic while enhancing its comfort.

Kitchen

Once cluttered by an unbalanced layout and outdated cabinets, the kitchen has been completely redesigned to gain fluidity and lightness. A soft, luminous palette now gives it an elegant and serene atmosphere.

Living area

The original parquet flooring has been replaced with light oak wood, whose natural shades brighten the spaces and create a warm atmosphere. 

Bathroom & WC

The bathroom has been completely redesigned in a contemporary style with the addition of a walk-in shower. The choice of materials gives it a spa-like atmosphere, while the color palette subtly echoes the bedroom decor.

The guest WC has also been renovated in the same spirit.

Outdoor space

The apartment benefits from a large balcony that wraps around it and generously extends the living area outdoors. Fully furnished and landscaped with greenery, it offers an ideal setting to enjoy the lush surroundings and make the most of sunny days in the open air.
